Core Engagement. Confidence Unlocked.

CORESET POSTURE CORRECTING BELT

Core-Set is a comfortable, adjustable posture-correcting belt that provides a gentle vibration reminder when your posture changes—encouraging you to sit or stand tall and lightly engage your abdominal (“core-set”) muscles. There are no power buttons and no charging; the vibration mechanism is triggered mechanically and powered by a replaceable battery housed within the device.

Important: Core-Set is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or injury.

Fit & Placement (Correct Wear)

Position: Wrap the belt around your midsection, just below your belly button.

Orientation:

Wear the vibration mechanism at the front to cue core engagement; or

Tension: Adjust until snug but not tight—you should breathe normally, speak comfortably, and move freely.

Clothing: Wear over or under your shirt as preferred.

Checkpoints for a good fit:

You can slide two fingers comfortably under the strap.

The mechanism sits flat against the body (not tilting or pressing on bones).

How It Works

When you sit/stand tall and gently draw in your abdominal wall, Core-Set stays quiet.

When you slouch or let your abdomen relax outward, the mechanism provides a subtle vibration reminder.

Simply re-align your spine (neutral posture) and lightly re-engage your core; the vibration stops.

Best-Practice Posture Cues

Feet grounded, weight evenly distributed

Hips neutral; ribcage stacked over pelvis

Shoulders relaxed and slightly back (not forced)

Crown of head tall; chin level

Core gently engaged (as if zipping up a snug pair of jeans)

Who It’s For (Typical Users)

Desk-based professionals and students

People rebuilding postural awareness after sedentary periods

Individuals seeking core support for comfort and reduced back strain

Older adults seeking gentle posture cues (with supervision if needed)

Wear Schedule (Build Gradually)

Start with 10 minutes per day for the first 2–3 days.

Increase by 5–10 minutes every day as comfortable.

Typical use target: 30–60 minutes per day during seated work, study, or light daily tasks.

Take brief standing/movement breaks every 30–45 minutes.

Tip: Core-Set is a training aid, not a brace. Your muscles should do the work; the vibration is a mindful cue—never a punishment.

Do/Don’t Quick List

Do:

Start low (10 min) and progress gradually

Wear snug-not-tight

Remove mechanism before washing

Stop use if discomfort occurs

Don’t:

Use during sleep, driving, or vigorous exercise

Submerge the mechanism or expose it to heat/direct sun

Use as a substitute for medical care or a prescribed brace

Care, Cleaning & Storage

Remove the vibration mechanism before washing the strap.

Hand wash strap (or gentle cycle) in cold water; air dry completely.

Do not machine-dry, bleach, or iron.

Wipe the mechanism with a dry or slightly damp cloth only; do not submerge.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Battery & Safety (Mechanism)

The vibration mechanism contains a replaceable battery (see label inside mechanism for battery type: e.g., CR-2450).

Do not expose the mechanism to water or high heat.

Replace the battery when vibration weakens or stops.

Keep batteries away from children and pets. If you suspect a battery was swallowed, seek emergency medical help immediately.

Never attempt to modify, pry open, or repair the mechanism. Doing so may damage the unit and void any warranty.

Troubleshooting

No vibration while slouching: Check placement (below navel), snugness, or battery life; try front vs. back orientation.

Too frequent vibration: Loosen strap slightly; re-align posture; wear for shorter sessions while adapting.

Discomfort/skin marks: Loosen fit; wear over a thin layer; limit initial duration; ensure mechanism sits flat.
